CORE Care Plan
Through comprehensive on-site visits, CORE will ensure proper functionality of critical network elements. During these regularly scheduled checkups, CORE not only performs critical network tasks, but also performs necessary visual inspections of the network hardware to remove the possibility of downtime caused by environmental hazards.
Under the CORE Care Plan, our certified technicians:
- Test your backup by restoring critical data from multiple points on backup tape and confirm tape data integrity.
- Check tape backup log files to confirm successful state and identify any possible problems.
- Perform visual inspection of network hardware.
- Test and recalibrate your backup’s battery for functionality and longevity.
- Check for critical and non-critical updates from all operating system and application vendors on covered servers.
- Check antivirus program updates and propagation to dependent devices. Identify any compromised machines and clean.
- Clear event logs, saving them to a log file history directory.
By employing automated processes, CORE will manage and maintain servers and workstations without displacing your workforce, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime. On everything from service packing to disk defragging and log file maintenance, CORE will manage all network devices from one central location, and keep you informed with notifications, real-time monitoring and reporting.
CORE Guard Server Program: Our comprehensive server management keeps your servers running, available and secure.
CORE Guard Workstation Program: Our comprehensive workstation service is designed to keep your systems and personnel productive providing; advanced security measures for dealing with malicious threats, baseline policies, asset tracking and changes, software rollout and upgrades and overall health of the workstation.
You Can Choose: We have a variety of service plans available that range from routine system maintenance and management to our comprehensive information technology (IT) management solution including Chief Information Officer and administrative functions. The CORE Group will help you turn your data network into an effective, efficient component of your growing business.
Service Support Plans: Proactive weekly or bi-weekly scheduled support services aimed at minimizing computer and network downtime. During each visit, a technician will address any support issues, as well as verify that your existing IT infrastructure is optimized. Plans are reviewed for qualification on a three-month period.
On-Call Support Services: Consulting hours, phone and email support, conducted on- or off-site, as needed and requested by client.
Projects and Specialized Consulting Services: Specific planning and consulting services resulting in a significant change in technology, infrastructure or location (includes network design, project planning, research, relocation planning and support, etc.). Project and implementation work is quoted on a time and material basis. In general, a detailed statement of work or proposal will be prepared and will outline the tasks, schedule and costs associated with the project.
CORE will perform a thorough hardware and software analysis. Upon completion, CORE will identify any environmental hazards and network deficiencies, and provide a roadmap for achieving your IT goals.
CORE will deliver a comprehensive set of documents detailing the characteristics of your network. For example: a network schematic showing critical equipment connecting points and key service account information allowing you to minimize downtime. You’ll receive your documentation in both an electronic and a printed and bound format as a single point of reference for all your IT needs, keeping your computer network investment safe, sound, and performing at its peak.
